DBIA's 2009 Water/Wastewater Conference held in Denver March 4-6, 2009 was a major success, achieving an all-time attendance record for this annual event, and had almost triple the number of owners than in 2008, and 30% attendance growth overall.  The 2010 event in Grapevine, Texas is shaping up to be another successful event.  Attendance is tracking ahead of 2009 at the same point, and the Water and Wastewater sectors are among the strongest and healthiest in the construction market for 2010.  Design-Build is widely utlized as a tool for delivering successful projects on time and on budget in this sector, and the use of d-b is growing every year.
